Remote Residential Properties Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, tech‑savvy Residential Office Coordinator to support the owner in scaling our property management business. This remote position blends operational process building with day‑to‑day property management tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Help establish and organize the company’s CRM, marketing funnel, and back‑end operational systems.
• Create, document, and maintain efficient workflows and standard operating procedures, identifying automation opportunities.
• Coordinate communication between clients, residents, vendors, and internal team members while maintaining accurate records in property management systems.
• Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) customer service, handling inquiries, requests, and follow‑ups.
• Support the owner with calendar management, meetings, billing, invoicing, data entry, and other executive tasks.

Required profile

• Hands‑on residential property management experience.
• Demonstrated use of AppFolio and/or LeadSimple.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and detail‑orientation skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple responsibilities and follow through without constant supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.

What we offer

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CST
• Location: Remote (strong Spanish & English communication required)
• Compensation: $11–$13 per hour, based on experience
