Remote Sales Manager – El Salvador (100% Remote)

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing US‑based organization, is looking for a strategic B2B Sales Manager to lead market expansion in El Salvador. This fully remote, full‑time position involves managing the entire dealer partnership lifecycle, from prospecting to long‑term account growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and vet potential dealers daily, creating a continuous pipeline of high‑value partnerships.
• Develop and deliver tailored product proposals and conduct competitive intelligence to position the company’s value.
• Process raw leads bi‑weekly, maintain CRM and dealer database with precise categorisation, and continuously refine data for better targeting.
• Activate new accounts, drive repeat purchases in early months, and run win‑back campaigns for dormant dealers.
• Provide daily KPI reporting on outreach volume, conversion rates and pipeline health.

Required profile

• Reside in or be willing to relocate to El Salvador.
• Proven B2B sales, account management or dealer development experience.
• Strong market acumen to analyse competitor pricing and contracts.
• Analytical ability to process large datasets and segment leads.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills; fluent English.
• Experience with CRM and data‑management tools is highly preferred.
• Proactive “hunter” mentality capable of turning cold leads into revenue.
