Representante Técnico de Ventas – Agrícola

About the role

Nordic is looking for a Technical Sales Representative to cover the Central and Eastern zones of El Salvador. You will join the commercial team, driving growth of our distributor and farm portfolio, creating new business opportunities and providing technical and commercial support to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, develop and expand the distributor and farm portfolio in the assigned zone.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Prospect new clients and identify business opportunities.
• Negotiate and close sales with distributors.
• Promote and position Nordic’s product portfolio.
• Visit customers and provide commercial and technical assistance.
• Follow up on orders, product delivery and portfolio performance.
• Handle collection management and payment follow‑up.

Required profile

• Agronomist engineer or a related degree.
• Minimum three years of sales experience, preferably in the agricultural sector.
• Proven experience selling fertilizer products (mandatory).
• Strong negotiation skills and a commercial focus.
• Result‑oriented with a customer‑service mindset.
• Own vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
