Residente Civil – Construction Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Civil Resident to join our construction team in San Vicente. The role involves leading on‑site activities, coordinating contractors and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities on the site.
• Monitor physical progress and ensure adherence to the project schedule.
• Manage personnel, subcontractors, and on‑site resources.
• Review drawings, technical specifications and project documentation.
• Prepare and update progress reports, cost estimates and material tracking.
• Control material usage, resources and project costs.
• Verify workmanship quality and compliance with standards.
• Liaise with other departments to guarantee smooth project execution.

Required profile

• Civil Engineering degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Site Resident or similar role.
• Proven experience in construction execution and supervision.
• Ability to coordinate teams, contractors and on‑site activities.
• Preferably residing in San Vicente or nearby areas.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Civil 3D and MS Project (preferred).
