Resource Management Business Solutions Senior Associate

About the role

RSM, a global provider of professional services to the middle market, is hiring a Resource Management Business Solutions Senior Associate in San Salvador. The role supports enterprise resource management operations through reporting and analytics solutions that back utilization, capacity and resourcing decisions. It involves building, maintaining and optimizing reporting solutions, troubleshooting data sources and tools, and working with colleagues across time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards for management and operational reporting on utilization, capacity and workforce planning
• Maintain reporting solutions including semantic models, DAX measures and Power Query transformations, and ensure data accuracy and report performance
• Troubleshoot data quality issues and perform user acceptance, regression and post-release testing
• Extract, validate and analyze data with query tools, and support analysis of Dayshape configuration changes
• Use AI and automation tools such as M365 Copilot, Power Automate and agent builder to speed up reporting development
• Support Dayshape operations through data uploads and validation, functional testing and issue resolution, and partner with Solution Support, Product and QA teams
• Contribute to documentation, procedures and knowledge management, and lead or support training on reports and dashboards
• Coach peers and stakeholders, share best practices, and coordinate workload across global team members

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent education, experience and/or certifications
• 2-4 years of experience in analytics, business analysis or reporting (resource management experience a plus)
• Preferred: experience with enterprise platforms such as Workday or Dayshape, globally distributed teams, and Agile or product-support environments
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work across time zones

• Advanced Excel analysis, data modeling and reporting
• Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, DAX and Power Query
• Preferred: SQL, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Python scripting, and Power Automate
• Preferred: M365 Copilot, agent builder and prompt engineering
