About the role

The Operations and Corporate Account Development Manager will lead the management and growth of the corporate client portfolio for a leading security services provider in Central America. The role combines sales development, client relationship management, and operational oversight to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and financial sectors.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals in line with company policies.
• Follow up proposals through to successful closing of sales.
• Supervise the implementation of new projects and promptly address operational incidents.
• Identify growth opportunities within the assigned portfolio.
• Work against defined KPIs to meet commercial and operational targets.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of strategic information, contracts, and pricing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or related field.
• Male gender (as specified in the posting).
• Valid driver’s license and experience driving standard 4x4 vehicles.
• Knowledge of El Salvador’s nomenclature.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, planning and results‑orientation.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (verifiable).
