Revenue Analyst II – Pricing & Revenue Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Revenue Analyst II to support the US Agent Channel at Ria Money Transfer. The analyst will execute high‑accuracy pricing and revenue operations, protecting margins while driving market‑share growth.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and process a high volume of case‑based requests via email and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk) with fast turnaround and zero preventable errors.
• Perform FX, fee, and commission analysis to recommend competitive, economically sound solutions aligned with profitability and market‑share objectives.
• Monitor agent profitability, identify low‑profit or loss‑making agencies, and propose corrective actions based on full economics.
• Develop an understanding of payer costs in destination countries and settlement/funding costs in origin markets for profitability assessments.
• Support revenue optimization across the agent portfolio, tracking trends in volume, margin, spread, and profitability by corridor, region, and competitor footprint.
• Maintain competitor benchmarking and local market intelligence to gauge pricing pressure and realistic break‑even thresholds.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Treasury, BI, and other stakeholders, providing structured analysis, clear documentation, and defensible recommendations.
• Build and maintain reporting outputs using Excel and Power BI to track KPIs, targets, trends, and growth opportunities.
• Apply product economics beyond remittances, including check‑cashing, debit‑terminal payments, bill‑pay, and mobile top‑up fundamentals.

Required profile

• Highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and structured.
• Ability to operate with limited supervision in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of financial products, pricing, and agent economics.
