Revenue Analyst II – US Agent Channel

About the role

We are looking for a Revenue Analyst II to support the US Agent Channel, delivering accurate pricing and revenue operations that protect margins while driving market‑share growth. The analyst will handle commercial requests related to foreign exchange, fees, commissions and agent economics, and will help shape revenue initiatives across regions and corridors.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and process a high volume of case‑based requests (email, Zendesk tickets) with fast turnaround and zero preventable errors.
• Perform FX, fee and commission analysis to recommend competitive, economically sound solutions aligned with growth objectives.
• Monitor agent profitability, identify low‑profit or loss‑making agencies and propose corrective actions based on full economics.
• Incorporate payer costs, settlement and funding costs into profitability assessments and case decisions.
• Support revenue optimization across the agent portfolio by tracking volume, margin, spread and profitability trends by corridor, region and competitor.
• Maintain competitor benchmarking and local market intelligence to understand pricing pressure and realistic break‑even thresholds.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Treasury, BI and other stakeholders, providing structured analysis, clear documentation and defensible recommendations.
• Build and maintain reporting outputs in Excel and Power BI to track KPIs, targets, trends and growth opportunities.
• Apply product economics beyond remittances, including check‑cashing, debit‑terminal payments, bill‑pay and mobile top‑up services.

Required profile

• Highly analytical, detail‑oriented and structured.
• Ability to work with limited supervision in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of financial economics and agent‑level profitability.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Power BI for dashboard creation and KPI monitoring.
• Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
