RevOps Manager (Remote)

About the role

The Next Step is seeking a RevOps Manager to own and optimise revenue systems for manufacturing and OEM clients. You will work remotely with client leadership and sales teams to ensure accurate data, reliable forecasting, and accountable execution of the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Own the CRM as the single source of truth for pipeline, opportunities, and revenue activity.
• Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, reports, workflows and automations.
• Manage CRM integrations and data structures to ensure accurate information flow.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve sales‑team efficiency and revenue processes.
• Run weekly pipeline and forecasting sessions, identify stalled opportunities and forecasting risks.
• Hold salespeople accountable for CRM updates, agreed actions and execution of the sales process.
• Lead recurring client meetings focused on revenue performance, pipeline health and system accountability.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms, especially HubSpot (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics a plus).
• Proven ability to build dashboards, KPIs, reports and forecasting systems.
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, workflows, automation, integrations and data management.
• Experience using AI tools or building AI‑enabled workflows.
• Ability to analyse data, coach sales teams and hold them accountable.
• Comfortable leading meetings with U.S.‑based clients and communicating professionally in English.

What we offer

• Base salary $2,500–$3,500 per month (depending on experience).
• Performance bonus up to 10% of annual base salary.
