Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach to potential leads through assigned communication channels.
• Engage prospects professionally and build positive first impressions.
• Qualify potential opportunities based on established criteria.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and activities.
• Follow up with prospects as needed and keep the sales pipeline organized.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.

Required profile

• Good English communication skills, spoken and written (C1/C2).
• Must live in San Salvador, El Salvador, or nearby.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional and positive attitude.
• Organized and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable speaking with new people and building rapport.
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
• Previous customer service, sales, or call‑center experience is a plus.
