Sales Coordinator

About the role

Talent Innovation is hiring a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator for an established international organization. The role coordinates sales support activities and contributes to business growth. It is an on-site position based in El Salvador, open only to applicants living there.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the development and preparation of client proposals and presentations
• Track RFP deadlines, client requirements, meetings and submission timelines
• Support lead generation and engage prospective clients
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Coordinate client meetings, site visits and sales activities
• Maintain sales documentation, client lists and commercial materials
• Monitor and follow up on opportunities throughout the sales cycle

Required profile

• High school diploma; further education in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development or Bid Support
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, analytical and multitasking abilities, customer-oriented and collaborative
