About the role
We are looking for talented Sales Development Representatives to join our team in Guatemala and El Salvador. The role involves prospecting, cold calling and generating leads while working towards targets and KPIs.
Required profile
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience in sales, cold calling, prospecting, or lead generation
- Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
- Proactive, motivated, and results‑oriented
- Previous SDR experience is a plus
