Sales Executive

About the role

We are a fast‑growing language services provider seeking a proactive Sales Executive to convert high‑quality leads into satisfied clients and nurture existing accounts. This fully remote role focuses on driving revenue while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on leads primarily via phone and convert them into customers.
• Explain our business model, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Maintain and grow relationships with recurring customers, acting as a trusted consultant.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with project managers to define requirements and monitor project scope.
• Ensure compliance with schedules, deadlines, and on‑time service delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
• Perform other related duties as needed.

Required profile

• Fast learner with a passion for sales.
• At least 1 year of experience interacting with clients and closing deals.
• Native or near‑native command of English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
