Sales & Operations or HR & Administrative Operations – Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Full‑Time Remote

About the role

We are a growing cleaning services company seeking two dedicated professionals to support our remote operations. One role focuses on sales, scheduling and client communication, while the other handles HR, recruitment and administrative tasks. Both positions require bilingual English/Spanish fluency and a proactive, ownership‑driven attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Answer client calls and messages, provide quotes, and convert inquiries into bookings (Sales & Operations).
• Schedule clients and field technicians, maintain workflow efficiency (Sales & Operations).
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new employees (HR & Admin).
• Manage HR records, payroll support, PTO tracking and employee off‑boarding (HR & Admin).

Required profile

• Bilingual English/Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Experience in sales, scheduling, or operations for the Sales role; HR, recruiting or payroll experience for the HR role.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and maintain confidentiality.

Required skills

• Jobber or similar CRM platform.
• Google Workspace proficiency.
• ADP or other HR system experience (preferred for HR role).

What we offer

• Compensation starting at $1,000 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month based on performance.
• Performance bonuses, paid PTO, holidays, earned vacation pay after 90 days.
• $50 monthly work allowance and a remote work environment.
