Sales & Quotation Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Sales & Quotation Support Associate to assist our U.S. sales team. You will turn sales opportunities into accurate, professional quotations and help keep projects moving through the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Support the U.S. sales team with incoming customer and project opportunities.
• Review information provided by customers and sales representatives to understand quotation requirements.
• Prepare accurate and professional customer quotations.
• Review product specifications, quantities, pricing, and project details before quotes are issued.
• Identify missing or unclear information and proactively request clarification.
• Assist with product selections based on project requirements.
• Maintain accurate opportunity, customer, and quotation information in our CRM (Odoo).
• Track open quotations and ensure follow‑ups and next steps are completed.
• Organize project documentation, specifications, plans, and related information.
• Communicate regularly with our Los Angeles sales and operations teams.
• Use AI and technology to research information, improve accuracy, and work more efficiently.
• Help identify opportunities to improve our quotation and sales‑support processes.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Quick learner of new systems and concepts.
• Comfortable working with numbers and technical information.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
