Sales Team Leader – CX Operations

About the role

As an Outbound Sales Team Leader for CX Operations, you will drive aggressive revenue growth by leading a high‑performing sales team in a fast‑paced, quota‑driven environment. You will oversee high‑volume prospecting, strategic outreach, and sophisticated deal‑closing strategies while ensuring consistent pipeline health.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and exceed outbound sales KPIs such as close rate, conversion rate, outbound contact rate, and ACV.
• Plan strategic outreach and pipeline management to maximize lead conversion.
• Deliver coaching on objection handling, consultative selling, and advanced negotiation.
• Support new‑hire onboarding and nesting to achieve rapid time‑to‑productivity.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of program, product, and promotional changes.
• Handle operational tasks including performance reporting, attendance tracking, and absence management.
• Drive adoption of technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a highly engaged, high‑performing sales team.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in operations or sales support roles.
• Proven B2B and B2C sales experience with a focus on revenue accountability.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret sales indicators and adjust strategy in real time.
• Motivational leadership style with critical‑thinking and resilience.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
