About the role
The Sales Training Expert will train employees for a rapidly growing company, creating learning experiences that equip new and long‑term representatives with the skills needed to excel. This role designs, delivers, and evaluates training programs to ensure sales teams provide excellent advisory services and meet business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop sales training curricula and learning materials.
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching to sales representatives.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training and proven sales background.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, with a talent for coaching and developing sales teams.
- Advanced proficiency in English.

- Microsoft Office Suite.
