About the role
The Sales Training Expert will develop and deliver learning experiences for our rapidly growing company, equipping both new and seasoned sales representatives with the skills needed to excel. This role focuses on designing, delivering and evaluating training programs that enhance sales advisory performance and support business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Design, deliver and assess sales training programs tailored to various experience levels.
- Create engaging learning experiences that improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Coach and develop sales teams to ensure consistent high‑performance.
- Collaborate with management to align training initiatives with business goals.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience delivering training programs.
- Proven strong sales background.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred); some college education is a plus.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- ClearViewInContact/Client Phone Systems.
