Senior Account Director

About the role

Applaudo Studios is seeking a strategic, commercially‑driven Senior Account Director to deepen long‑term partnerships with complex enterprise clients and uncover new growth opportunities across its AI‑native technology services.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic accounts, driving revenue targets, expansion pipelines and customer retention.
• Develop and execute annual account growth plans, identifying cross‑sell and upsell opportunities in AI, software engineering, cloud, data, cybersecurity and managed services.
• Lead QBRs, EBRs and technology roadmap discussions with C‑level executives.
• Coordinate negotiations, renewals and contract expansions with internal Delivery, Customer Success and Executive teams.
• Monitor account health, customer sentiment and business risks to reduce churn.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts and revenue reporting.

Required profile

• 8+ years of account management, enterprise sales or strategic customer success experience, with 5+ years managing technology services accounts.
• Proven track record growing multi‑million‑dollar relationships through upselling, cross‑selling and renewals.
• Strong C‑level relationship management and strategic account planning skills.
• Advanced/Fluent English and Spanish proficiency (C1+).
