Senior Accounts Payable Analyst

About the role

Dollarcity is looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to ensure timely processing of fiscal documents from suppliers, manage reconciliations, and support the financial operations of its retail network.

Key responsibilities

• Process and register invoices, credit/debit notes, and other fiscal documents for various suppliers.
• Analyze the aging of the accounts payable portfolio to track pending obligations accurately.
• Perform supplier reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and ensure invoices are paid on time.
• Manage unresolved documents and follow up with suppliers or internal clients.
• Respond to inquiries regarding invoice and payment status.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (students currently pursuing a degree may be considered).
• 2–3 years of experience in Accounting, Accounts Payable, Finance, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of IFRS is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory; basic French is a plus.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP.
• Familiarity with Power BI.
