Senior Analyst, US Benefits & HR Reports

About the role

The Senior Analyst, US Benefits & HR Reports will serve as a key point of contact for benefits-related matters while turning HR data into accurate reports, dashboards, and insights that support business and compliance needs.

Key responsibilities

• Administer U.S. benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, life insurance, disability, and 401(k) plans.
• Support employee and HR inquiries related to benefits policies and processes.
• Manage vendor and broker relationships and resolve benefit-related discrepancies.
• Coordinate annual Open Enrollment, HRIS updates, audits, reconciliations, and benefits reporting.
• Support benefits compliance activities and required filings.
• Gather, clean, and analyze HR data from multiple systems.
• Build weekly, monthly, and annual HR reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Support payroll inputs related to benefits and bonus payouts.

Required profile

• 5+ years of Benefits Administration experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations and compliance (ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, ACA).
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex priorities and deadlines.
• CEBS or CBP certification is a plus.
