Senior Associate, Infrastructure Solutions

About the role

RSM is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Enterprise Workforce Platforms team. The role focuses on delivering consulting services for Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Entra ID, Exchange Online and related cloud technologies, working directly with clients to assess, design, implement and govern solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support Microsoft 365 migration and transformation projects.
• Design and implement SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform solutions.
• Conduct tenant assessments, discovery workshops, and requirements‑gathering sessions.
• Configure and support Microsoft 365 governance, security, and compliance capabilities.
• Develop automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Create technical documentation, migration plans and client deliverables.
• Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 issues and provide remediation recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience administering or consulting on Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Strong client‑facing communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a consulting environment.
