Senior Associate – Microsoft 365 & Cloud Solutions

About the role

RSM is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Enterprise Workforce Platforms team. The role focuses on delivering client‑facing consulting services around Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Entra ID, Exchange Online and related cloud technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support Microsoft 365 migration and transformation projects, including tenant‑to‑tenant migrations.
• Design, implement and configure SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and Power Platform solutions.
• Conduct tenant assessments, discovery workshops and gather requirements.
• Configure governance, security and compliance capabilities within Microsoft 365.
• Develop automation using Power Automate, Power Apps and PowerShell scripts.
• Create technical documentation, migration plans and client deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years administering or consulting on Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Strong client‑facing communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a consulting environment.
