Senior Enterprise Data Integration & Migration Developer

About the role

Join RSM's Data and Digital Services team as a Senior Enterprise Data Integration & Migration Developer. You will work on billable client projects, designing, building, and supporting integration solutions while collaborating closely with clients and functional consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between package software solutions using platforms such as Boomi, Mulesoft, Workato, or Celigo.
• Translate user requirements into functional specifications and technical designs, create estimates, and produce documentation.
• Perform development, debugging, testing, peer code reviews, and deployment to various environments.
• Mentor junior developers, contribute to knowledge repositories, and may lead projects by coordinating resources and delivering updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑time experience in integration development and related fields.
• Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting ability, and capacity to work both independently and within a small team.
• Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Leadership mindset, problem‑solving orientation, and willingness to learn clients' business processes.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with integration platforms: Boomi, Mulesoft, Workato, Celigo.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Salesforce, and Intacct.
