About the role

The Senior Microsoft Business Central Associate will work within the firm’s technology practice to deliver implementation, support, and consulting services for Microsoft Business Central solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, install, upgrade, configure, and document Microsoft Business Central and related Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Collaborate closely with technical staff to define, capture, and document detailed user requirements and functional specifications.
• Provide post‑implementation support, including help‑desk assistance, issue resolution, and ongoing system maintenance.
• Deliver both onsite and offsite consulting services, guiding clients through best practices and optimal system usage.
• Train end users, develop user guides, and create comprehensive documentation to support long‑term adoption.
• Apply and promote the RSM Project Implementation Methodology throughout all project phases.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Microsoft Business Central implementation and support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field.
