Senior Performance Media Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Performance Media Strategist to lead multi‑channel paid search and paid social campaigns. In this senior position you will own strategy and execution, driving measurable ROI for a diverse portfolio of clients while collaborating closely with creative and account teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid strategies, and landing‑page optimisation.
• Build and optimise campaigns on Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads and emerging platforms.
• Implement audience targeting, creative testing, A/B testing and bidding strategies to meet client KPIs.
• Monitor budgets, pacing and performance daily, making proactive optimisations.
• Develop integrated media plans that align with client goals and budgets across channels.
• Analyse performance data, extract cross‑channel learnings and present weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Mentor junior strategists, review approaches and share best practices across the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in programmatic, paid search and/or paid social within an agency environment.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities, with a proven track record of optimising campaigns for ROI.
