Senior Performance Media Strategist

About the role

We’re seeking a Senior Performance Media Strategist to lead multi‑channel campaigns that inspire, engage, and convert. You will own strategy and execution across paid search and paid social, driving measurable ROI for a diverse portfolio of clients while mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid strategies, and landing page optimization.
• Build and manage campaigns on Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other emerging platforms.
• Utilize audience targeting, creative testing, and bidding strategies to achieve client KPIs.
• Monitor budgets and performance daily, executing audience segmentation, creative rotation, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.
• Develop integrated media plans aligned with client goals and budgets across channels.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in programmatic, paid search, and/or paid social.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Agency experience with multi‑client portfolios.
