Senior Project Manager – Machine Learning Projects

About the role

Ria Money Transfer is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead technical projects for its machine‑learning platforms. The role bridges Business, Product, and IT teams to ensure requirements are captured, implemented, and delivered on schedule, supporting global pricing and finance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate machine‑learning projects for Pricing and Finance teams, aligning business, product, IT, and partner technical groups.
• Gather and document requirements in a Business Requirements Document (BRD) and ensure delivery as planned.
• Maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and status reports for assigned initiatives.
• Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders and regional teams.
• Facilitate planning, monitoring, testing, and delivery across all functional teams.
• Capture meeting notes, decisions, and follow‑up items accurately.
• Partner with functional and regional teams to prioritize, implement, and roadmap projects.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience as a Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Background in the financial industry, data‑science or machine‑learning teams, or digital platforms (mobile, web).
• Proven track record of delivering technical implementations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
