Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (ServiceNow)

About the role

RSM is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure that all ServiceNow deliverables meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to validate requirements, execute testing, and drive continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases based on requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing for each ServiceNow release.
• Identify, log, and track defects; conduct root‑cause analysis and validate fixes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure testability of requirements and provide feedback on usability and performance.
• Build and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to increase test coverage and efficiency.
• Track quality metrics, report test results and defect trends, and communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Identify gaps in testing processes and recommend improvements to enhance product quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4+ years of experience designing tests and working in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.
• Ability to write clear test cases, scripts, and documentation.
• ServiceNow CSA certification required within the first 6‑12 months of employment.
