About the role

The Senior Sales Development Representative will expand TELUS Digital’s market presence by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing early‑stage leads, and building a robust pipeline for the sales team. This role is focused on opening new markets and supporting long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Research and target potential business opportunities in new markets or industry segments.
• Design and execute outreach strategies to engage decision‑makers, aligning with ADM strategies.
• Craft and deliver tailored value propositions for specific industries or company profiles.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate qualified leads.
• Qualify and nurture leads through the early stages of the sales funnel.
• Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform business strategy.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales or business‑development targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining professional relationships.
