Senior Security Network Engineer

About the role

RSM is seeking a Senior Security Network Engineer to lead complex network security initiatives for its middle‑market clients. You will provide technical guidance, ensure the implementation of security frameworks, and mentor junior staff in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement network security solutions and enhancements.
• Lead vulnerability management and remediation initiatives.
• Manage projects and coordinate cross‑functional security efforts.
• Mentor junior staff and review deliverables.
• Recommend improvements based on emerging risks and trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, CCNP Security).
• 5–8 years of experience in network security or IT security engineering.
• Advanced problem‑solving, project leadership, technical depth, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Required skills

• Network security design and implementation.
• Vulnerability management and remediation.
• CISSP certification (preferred).
• CCNP Security certification (preferred).
