Senior SOC Analyst – Remote – USD Payments

About the role

Voxidea is looking for an experienced Senior SOC Analyst to join its fully‑remote IT and Security Operations team. You will monitor, triage, investigate and respond to security events across endpoints, identity, cloud, network and other enterprise systems while working closely with a Managed Security Service Provider.

Key responsibilities

• Validate, investigate and respond to alerts from MSSPs, SIEM, XDR/EDR, firewalls and identity platforms.
• Own security tickets end‑to‑end, including categorisation, escalation, documentation and closure.
• Coordinate containment actions such as endpoint isolation, account actions and blocking indicators.
• Analyze trends, reduce alert noise and recommend improvements to detection rules and security policies.
• Maintain and improve SOC playbooks, incident‑response procedures and security documentation.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years in a SOC, security operations or incident‑response role within a medium‑to‑large enterprise or MSSP environment.
• Hands‑on experience with Cisco security and networking technologies.
• Proven experience with SentinelOne and/or Microsoft Defender (or comparable EDR platforms).
• Active CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CySA+, Microsoft SC‑200 or equivalent certification.
• Strong written documentation and ability to communicate findings to IT leadership.
