Service Delivery Leader

About the role

You will lead software development teams, manage client relationships and oversee delivery operations in a cross‑functional environment. The role focuses on building high‑performing teams, ensuring project success and delivering excellent client experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in Service Delivery or Project Management and 2+ years leading software development teams.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and delivery operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication in professional English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve conflicts and align teams with business goals.
