ServiceNow Administrator

About the role

The ServiceNow Administrator is a core member of the DASH / Technical Operations Team, responsible for daily administration, configuration, and maintenance of the firm’s ServiceNow platform. This position ensures platform reliability, performance, and security while supporting internal business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support core ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• Configure and maintain forms, lists, UI policies, business rules, notifications, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Manage users, groups, roles, and access controls in line with security and governance standards.
• Troubleshoot platform and application issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Support data imports, exports, and basic integrations under established guidelines.
• Implement minor enhancements and low‑code solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain platform documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.
• Provide support for other applications managed by the Technical Operations Team, such as Secret Server and BeyondTrust.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on internal customer service.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• ServiceNow CSA certification required within six months of hire.
