About the role

The ServiceNow Solutions Architect at RSM is a delivery‑focused technical leader who designs end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs and drive measurable outcomes. The role works closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable implementations that align with platform standards and enterprise architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with platform standards.
• Partner with business stakeholders and product owners to clarify objectives and ensure solutions deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Provide senior‑level architecture guidance, establishing design patterns that prioritize out‑of‑the‑box capabilities and minimize customisation.
• Assess new requirements for technical feasibility, risk, and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Guide integration, data‑model, CMDB/CSDM, and cross‑application design to ensure consistency and reporting needs.
• Ensure solution designs comply with security, risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Support agile delivery teams through design reviews, workshops, testing, and act as an escalation point for complex design challenges.
• Maintain accountability for solution quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
