ServiceNow Solutions Architect

About the role

The ServiceNow Solutions Architect at RSM is a delivery‑focused technical leader responsible for designing end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs and drive measurable outcomes. The role works closely with stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with platform standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions that translate business requirements into scalable implementations.
• Partner with business stakeholders to clarify objectives, refine requirements, and ensure measurable outcomes.
• Provide senior‑level architecture guidance, establishing design patterns that prioritize out‑of‑the‑box capabilities.
• Evaluate new requirements for impact, feasibility, risks, and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Guide cross‑application design, ensuring consistency in data models, CMDB/CSDM alignment, and reporting.
• Ensure solution designs comply with security, risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Support agile delivery teams through design reviews, workshops, testing, and escalation of complex challenges.
• Maintain accountability for solution quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
• 2+ years of ServiceNow Domain Separation experience.
• At least one ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification (CIS‑ITSM, CIS‑CSM, CIS‑HRSD, or CIS‑SPM).
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow applications, integrations, data models, and security concepts.
• Agile delivery experience.
