About the role

Join BairesDev’s Talent organization as a Skills & Role Content Specialist. You will design and maintain the competency models, skill frameworks, and hiring criteria that guide how the company assesses, selects, and develops high‑quality professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update competency models, skills matrices, and proficiency levels for Talent roles.
• Write and maintain clear job descriptions, including responsibilities, requirements, and role expectations.
• Translate role needs into hiring criteria aligned with technical and non‑technical requirements.
• Create structured behavioral descriptors to support hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Map skills and competencies across seniority levels from Junior to Senior.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Role Architecture, L&D, Governance, and Performance teams to ensure consistency.
• Govern updates to keep all role content standardized and up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, HR Consulting, or competency framework design.
• Proven ability to create competency models, skills matrices, and hiring content.
• Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity and conciseness.
• Detail‑oriented, rigorous, and comfortable working cross‑functionally.
• Advanced level of English.
