Social Media Manager Virtual Assistant (LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Manager to manage and grow our client’s social media presence across LATAM. The role is fully remote and requires a strong understanding of social media trends and brand alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media content calendars.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across relevant platforms.
• Monitor accounts, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the community.
• Research industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activity.
• Help develop strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
• Track performance and prepare reports on key metrics.
• Ensure content consistency with brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.
• Collaborate with the team to plan campaigns and improve performance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Personal computer and reliable internet connection.
