About the role

We are looking for a remote Technical Support professional to provide network‑related assistance and desktop support for our clients. The position involves handling user account management, Windows operating system setup, and Office 365 troubleshooting from a home‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage user accounts in Active Directory, including password resets.
• Install, configure and support Windows 10 and Windows 11 Professional machines.
• Provide Outlook and Office 365 assistance, ensuring email functionality.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely via telephone.
• Maintain a stable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps for uninterrupted support.

Required profile

• Technician or engineer with prior desktop support and basic server administration experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
• Reliable home office setup with the required internet speed.

Required skills

• Active Directory user management.
• Windows 10 and Windows 11 Professional installation and configuration.
• Office 365 and Outlook support.
• Remote phone‑based troubleshooting.
