Specialist Bid Proposals - Bilingual

About the role

The Proposal Specialist supports Concentrix's sales process by creating and delivering high‑quality proposals, presentations, and client‑facing materials. This bilingual position (English/Spanish) coordinates input from multiple teams, ensures brand alignment, and helps win new business.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and respond to RFx opportunities, creating proposal templates, populating standard content, and customizing proposals to reflect client branding while maintaining Concentrix standards.
• Create client presentations, plan site‑visit logistics, and produce creative assets such as posters, banners, and welcome signs.
• Manage end‑to‑end proposal timelines, track updates, interface with third‑party vendors for document production, and handle final material uploads.
• Maintain the proposal knowledge base, perform quality control, and update content with subject‑matter experts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2‑5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail, process‑orientation, and ability to prioritize projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Self‑starter with a sense of urgency, capable of working under pressure and collaborating across functions.

Required skills

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Good sense of aesthetics for creating professional graphics and written responses.
