SSC Fixed Assets Analyst

About the role

Join Tigo's Shared Services Center in El Salvador as an SSC Fixed Assets Analyst. You will be responsible for managing capital investment transactions, ensuring accurate and timely accounting of fixed assets, and supporting compliance with IFRS and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the fixed‑asset register.
• Execute end‑to‑end asset capitalization processes.
• Perform account reconciliations and detailed variance analysis.
• Ensure proper recording and reporting of Property, Plant & Equipment (PP&E).
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives with international teams.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual fixed‑asset reports.
• Calculate and record asset retirement obligations accurately.
• Support month‑end close activities and service‑level‑agreement (SLA) monitoring.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional experience as an Accounting Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical abilities and results‑orientation.
• Familiarity with IFRS/IAS and local accounting standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of Accounts Payable processes.
