SSC Master Data Analyst

About the role

As an SSC Master Data Analyst you will play a critical part in ensuring that our vendor, material and procurement master data is accurate, consistent and reliable. You will support data migrations, mass uploads and continuous improvement initiatives across key business systems.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the quality and integrity of vendor, material and procurement master data.
• Support data migrations and mass uploads across ERP and related systems.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data consistency.
• Validate supplier information and supporting documentation before creation or update.
• Measure and track KPIs related to master data quality.
• Monitor master data for accuracy, completeness, consistency, integrity and timeliness.
• Assist with master data migration activities during system implementations and changes.
• Perform post‑upload validation and reconciliation to guarantee data integrity.
• Promote a culture of excellence through trusted, high‑quality data.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in master data, procurement, supply chain, ERP administration or similar areas.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP, Oracle or comparable ERP platforms.
• Strong analytical abilities using Excel, Power BI or related tools.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
