SSC PO Analyst

About the role

Tigo is hiring an SSC PO Analyst in La Libertad, El Salvador, to support its shared services procurement function. The role ensures that purchase orders and blanket purchase agreements are processed accurately, compliantly and on time, working with data, processes and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, compliant and timely execution of Purchase Orders (POs) and Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) in the ERP and supporting tools, including creation, audit, modification, cancellation and closure.
• Review requisition and PO data against contracts, offers and committee approvals, and coordinate resolution of discrepancies with Local Procurement.
• Review BPA modification requests against supporting documents and MIC approval, then execute approved changes in the ERP.
• Keep system data accurate and consistent with supporting documentation, and execute PO cancellations and closures.
• Run mass PO processes (creation and closure).
• Manage service requests (tickets) and resolve them within agreed service levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field (completed or in the final stage).
• 1-3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing or Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Genuine interest in administrative and purchasing processes.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle EBS or SAP.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Intermediate to upper-intermediate English (written and verbal).
