Staffing Frontiers Consultant – Remote

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a Staffing Frontiers Consultant to strategically analyze and manage its pool of vetted IT candidates. Working remotely, you will act as the bridge between Client Services, Sales, and Talent Acquisition, ensuring that IT business opportunities are staffed efficiently and revenue goals are met.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, select, and present candidates for open IT positions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end vetting process on the client side.
• Maintain and clean the candidate pipeline and job openings according to defined parameters.
• Communicate regularly with clients, Client Services, and Sales teams to align expectations.
• Meet deadlines for filling openings while optimizing time‑to‑market.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proven client‑facing experience within the IT industry.
• Analytical, adaptable, detail‑oriented, and strong business/process mindset.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
