About the role

The company, a family‑owned multinational with over a century of history, seeks a Production Supervisor to control production and administrative indicators at its processing plant. The role ensures timely information for decision‑making, aligns operations with processing plans, and meets customer expectations at optimal cost, quality, and quantity.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate administrative and operational reports, delivering timely data for decisions.
• Supervise line operations, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards and continuous production.
• Identify improvement opportunities, develop mitigation plans, and optimize resource use across process lines.
• Monitor performance indicators, guaranteeing execution of processing plans and efficient resource utilization.
• Develop team attitudes and competencies, fostering leadership and a positive work climate.
• Conduct process and procedure audits to meet certification requirements.
• Manage documentation related to processes, supporting audits and product costing.

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering or related fields.
• 2‑5 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in food, poultry or consumer‑goods companies.
• Proven leadership and team‑management experience.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, performance indicators, quality and food‑safety standards.
