Supervisor de Ventas Ferreteras – San Salvador

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to lead our hardware sales operations in San Salvador. The role involves managing a team, overseeing inventory, and driving sales across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Coordinate sales activities in the construction and hardware sector.
• Manage inventory, sales systems and creation of product listings.
• Travel nationwide to support clients and monitor market opportunities.
• Prepare reports and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Age between 25 and 45 and resident of San Salvador – La Libertad.
• Experience as a sales supervisor or coordinator in construction/hardware.
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel nationally.
• University studies in marketing, sales, business administration or a high‑school diploma.
• Strong leadership, results‑orientation and ability to work under targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

What we offer

• Salary of $1,000 plus fuel allowance.

• Work schedule: Monday‑Friday 8:00‑17:00, Saturday 8:00‑12:00.
