Supervisor de ventas

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead and coordinate the daily operations of kiosks and retail stores, ensuring sales targets are met, product displays are optimal, and inventory is efficiently managed. The role also involves developing and executing projects that drive growth and continuous improvement across points of sale.

Key responsibilities

• Review weekly sales reports, compare results with targets, and present findings.
• Conduct regular store visits to verify product placement and compliance with standards.
• Prepare and update inventory reports, including aging analysis and weekly sales data.
• Supervise sales staff and promoters, enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Manage staff permits, transfers, and monitor entry/exit controls.
• Organize training sessions to support continuous staff development.
• Develop and implement new initiatives to enhance kiosk and store performance.
• Collaborate with Category Managers and the Business Intelligence team on sales, inventory, and pricing reviews.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field (mandatory).
• At least two years of recent experience in a similar supervisory sales role.
• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Advanced use of Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
