Supervisor de ventas

About the role

As a Sales Supervisor at MrTshirt, you will lead the store sales team to meet and exceed daily and monthly targets. You will organise shifts, monitor performance indicators and ensure an excellent customer experience for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule the sales team’s shifts.
• Track sales metrics, prepare simple reports and propose improvement actions.
• Provide coaching, constructive feedback and motivation to team members.
• Handle customer complaints, post‑sale follow‑up and ensure high service standards.
• Support the implementation of promotions, stock control and visual merchandising according to brand guidelines.
• Assist in training staff on sales techniques, product knowledge and customer experience.

Required profile

• Analytical aptitude to interpret sales data and generate basic reports.
• Proven experience managing teams, with the ability to motivate, organise and give constructive feedback.
• Strong customer‑service orientation focused on resolving issues and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with team members, other departments and customers.
• Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Availability to work weekends or holidays on a rotating schedule and to cover the central region.

• Basic proficiency with office software and ERP systems.
