Supervisor Regional de Tiendas – Retail & Sportswear

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Regional Store Supervisor to lead the commercial and operational performance of multiple retail locations in El Salvador for a leading international fashion and sportswear chain. The role connects the group’s strategy with the final customer experience, ensuring profitability and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and act on key business indicators (conversion rate, average ticket, units per transaction, profitability).
• Select, train, motivate and develop store managers and sales teams, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Oversee inventory control, operational audits and the correct execution of visual merchandising and promotions.
• Maintain a constant presence in assigned stores and coordinate supply and marketing strategies with corporate support functions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience supervising multiple retail points, preferably in footwear, sports apparel, fashion or streetwear.
• Genuine passion for sports culture and urban style.
• Strong analytical ability, budget handling and KPI management.
• Transformational leadership, problem‑solving and results‑orientation.
• Willingness to travel frequently between stores and work retail hours, including weekends.
