Supervisor/a de Obra – Instalaciones Hidráulicas

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Supervisor of Construction Works specialized in hydraulic and sanitary installations. The role involves ensuring that all on‑site activities are carried out according to the approved drawings, technical specifications, applicable standards and the project schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the execution of hydraulic and sanitary installations on construction sites.
• Verify that work complies with plans, technical specifications and quality standards.
• Track project progress, prepare supervision reports and update observation logs.
• Coordinate activities with contractors, site residents and other involved specialties.
• Identify inconsistencies, interferences or deviations and propose corrective solutions.
• Control the quality of materials, equipment and construction processes.
• Participate in follow‑up meetings and conduct site visits across multiple projects.

Required profile

• Graduate or recent graduate in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 1–2 years of proven experience supervising construction works, preferably in hydraulic installations.
• Ability to read and interpret hydraulic, sanitary and construction drawings.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and experience driving a manual‑transmission vehicle.
• Willingness to travel between different project sites.
• Capability to produce technical reports and progress controls.
